INGREDIENTS

  • 1 organic grapefruit

  • 3 tablespoons of organic and gluten-free granola

  • 3 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt

  • 1 handful of chestnuts

  • 2 teaspoon of raped coconut

  • 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey


PREPARATION

  1. Slice finely your grapefruit

  2. Layer in a bowl the coconut yoghurt + granola + grapefruit slices + chestnuts

  3. Powder with raped coconut

  4. Bon appétit !
